Great car, terrible customer service - not fulfilling its own warranty

Bought certified pre-owned. Paint issues appeared later on. Dealership refused to handle. Had to get Hyundai corporate involved and they confirmed original warranty (3 years or 36,000 miles) is still valid. Dealership continues to be evasive and de-facto refusing taking care of it ("We have no appointments, you'd have to leave the car here but it will takes several months until you can get it back"). Great car, the worst customer service.

Excellent Vehicle

Best SUV ever. Only issue was with front bumper “chrome” piece flaking. Took it to nearest Hyundai dealership and they refused to fix it. Original dealership where I purchased it did fix it. So only complaint is with warranty coverage.

Very good vehicle. I don’t think the tires are as good as other brands. They don’t last up to 50,000 miles even with just local driving.

60k miles

Palisade has been great for our needs. I would like better gas mileage, but that is what the hybrid is for. Styling is classic. Reliability is high. I have 60k miles in 3yrs because we can take the car anywhere

I love this vehicle

So "FANCY"!!! I have a BASIC 2010 Nissan Altima, NO bells or whistles! This vehicle, "limited", has all the bells and whistles! my family loves it! All the support is great too! Vehicle maintenance email, park assist, all fantastic.
