Love our 2024 SEL premium palisade

Beautiful moonlight cloud!

Great smooth riding vehicle. Still learning the ends and outs about this car. Enjoying every minute of this smooth ride luxury SUV with 7 seater. Getting so many compliments. My family love the luxury leather seat and niece loves the third row seating.

Nice car!

Purchased the Palisade Caligraphy to replace a Honda Pilot. Never found the Honda to be satisfactory. The Hyundai is a much better vehicle for the price, in every way. Hyundai obviously puts more effort into engineering their vehicle.

Really impressed

Love you get a lot of bang for your buck!!! I am able to comfortably and safely fit my whole family. We have many added features at a lower trim level when compared to other vehicles. Its sleek look make you feel like you are driving the car it's not driving you.

Happy to find a reasonably priced 3 row vehicle that can actually use the 3rd row. Appreciate the good gas mileage too. Nice sized vehicle without feeling like driving a bus. Looking forward to a hybrid model in the future.

Love the car

I love the car. I wish I could have afforded the Calligraphy Trim. I will eventually. I also wish the price was a bit more affordable. The warranty is great though. Comes with blue link and Sirius which is great! Gas milage could be better. Overall I am satisfied.

2024 Palisade is the way to GO!

The 2024 Palisade we just purchased is the 2nd Palisade that we have owned and it is a great vehicle. it runs great, is spacious, and has all the bells and whistles that I could ask for.. I also LOVE all the safety features and the safety rating.

I researched a long time to find the vehicle I wanted. I had it narrowed down to 2 choices and after test driving both, the Palisade was my top pick. It rides comfortable, great features (more than I was looking for) and has great cargo space. I love it!!!

We love the car and it gets a ton of compliments!

So far so good! We love everything about the car. Great experience at Causeway Hyundai. The Calligraphy Night makes for a sharp looking car. It is stylish, fun to drive, and has a ton of great features - most of which we didn't even know about when we decided to purchase. While I have no complaints about the car, I am having issues with Hyundai Finance - beware if you plan to make additional principal payments. They make it difficult and inconvenient to make extra principal payments even though the contract says you can prepay any amount at any time without penalty. It takes forever to get through to customer service (29 minutes last time) and they expect you to call in every single month when you pay extra. When you pay extra, they apply it to your future months payment, not the principal, which amounts to a material change in the terms of the contract as the monthly payment amount is supposed to remain the same for the duration.

My interest in Hyundai started with the vehicle warranty. Hyundai offers 100,000 miles or 10 years on the motor, drivetrain. Sixty thousand or 5 years bumper to bumper. This demonstrates a manufactures confidence in their vehicles. The styling, ride, performance, price was a total bonus!

Necessary purchase

Original car was totaled because of hitting a deer. Once the insurance company declared the car totaled, they only gave me 2 days before the rental car allowance stopped. I was forced to find another car immediately. I went to the Hyondai dealer I was comfortable with and found a replacement car (same model).

Hyundai palisade calligraphy Stupid

We had no problem with purchasing the vehicle, working with the finance department, working with the maintenance department or any of your other folks at the dealership. However, when we arrive home, we could not activate the blue link as someone at the dealership had put in their name, and we cannot change the password.
