LOVE my 2025 Palisade

I enjoy everything about this car.... it has amazing power for a V6, the comfort is top notch, and the gas mileage is amazing for an SUV of this size...I love the looks of it and get many compliments on what I nice car it is. I especially appreciate the larger back windows for more visibility whereas other SUVs try to downsize those windows.... all around fantastic vehicle

Beautiful Ride

Beautiful SUV. Unfortunately The MPG is not what it should be. The vehicle has everything except auto windshield wipers and no light in the glove compartment. I wanted a hybrid. They told me they did not make them in the Palisade. Shortly after they had them. I guess they wanted to get the 2025's off the lot. I have had eight vehicles from Hyundai. I figured their loyalty would of been more forth coming.

Mostly love the vehicle. A few trim pieces rattle which is annoying. Dealership not helpful at all. Has all options I want and a few I don’t. Very comfortable to drive on roadtrips. Love the color I got. Blue. Also the ventilated seat is not very noticeable at all

Fraudlent marketing

You sale the vehicle as if you get a remote control access thru your blue. IT is not free because you have to give up your privacy to use it. That is not stated in any of the markeing material upfront. If I knew this I would not have bought the car. Then when I point this out to you, the response is the dance thru many hoops to opt out. HOMEWORK was not my intention when I bought this car, if this is supposed to be luxury. You should not let junior marketing people run a company that does not have overall customer service as the number one intention, instead of gathering information to make their job feel like it is needed. I am totally disappointed.
