Better than most

The Palasade is a semi-luxary car. It has all the bells and whistles which can translate to more things breaking. I haven't had any issues other than the numerous recalls since 30 days after I owned it. The dealership takes good care of me so I can't complain much

MH 2025 Palisade

I would have given a 4.8 rating, since the Palisade has a lot of features/options for the money. It's a couple of issues that keeps it from getting a 5. Biggest is the engine hesitation and the memory seating. It's only been a year that I own the vehicle, so I can't really judge reliability.

Very Good but just a touch short on excellent due to hard plastic.

Moving from a 10 year old Jaguar XJL to a top of the range new Palisade, I was hopeful that the 10 years difference wouldn't show in a non premier vehicle. For the most that has how it is. The Palisade drives very well, appears to be well engineered and is comfortable. It is quiet and ideal for long haul journeys. The design and style is well thought out and overall, I'm very happy with the vehicle. The areas where it drops off just a little is the hard plastic which has no deadening. Anything moving around in those areas such as cup holders and storage areas when maneuvering is slightly irritating in a normally quiet vehicle. There is also some wind noise over the wing mirrors; not overly heavy but a sure reminder if you don't have the radio on. I'm also disappointed that the wing mirrors don't fold which I failed to realize on my pre purchase analysis and reviews. I note that the latest top of the range does but such on old technology should have been in place for the 2025 Palisade. Other than those minor but slightly irritating quirks, I am happy with the Palisade Calligraphy. Will I buy it again when due to replace my current one? It will depend on the market, other vehicles and attention to detail that I have highlighted in this summary.

Nice car with Questionable Build Quality

It’s a nice smooth riding vehicle. I love the engine, but the deal breaker for me is the noisy rattling steering wheel. It’s extremely annoying while driving.

Attainable Luxury

I love this car. It is spacious and the interior feels higher end. The tech in the car is very helpful and responsive. There are some tweaks i would make: 2025 model does not have electric folding side mirrors, and handling in snow leave a lot to désire.

Too many recalls

Since purchasing this truck last year I have received at least 5 recall notices. But inspect of the recalls I have not had any issues. But having to address so many recalls after purchasing my truck new is annoying

Cons are starting to outweigh the pros.

Coming from a previous Honda CR-V owner, there are some key manufacturing and design flaws that make the Palisade inferior in my opinion.

2025 Palisade Calligraphy Night Edition

The purchase was well worth it as the SUV is roomy , quiet inside and provides a smooth ride. The six cylinder engine is more than enough power to handle highway driving and for power when needed to pass other vehicles. The interior is a top tier trim and comfortable. There are many safety safety features incorporated into the vehicle too.
