This dealership gets a poor rating at best so far

This dealership was careless with my 2026 Palisade vehicle and chipped the paint at the front of the hood while working on a dead battery issue at only about 800 miles. So, I probably won't be purchasing from Huffines any longer and the fact that the battery went dead is a Hyundai issue. In addition, when I got into the rear seat with the battery dead and the rear doors closed - you are locked in. I would have been trapped had I not been in good physical condition at almost 70 to climb into the front seat and exit. This is overall the poorest design I have ever seen and I probably won't keep this vehicle like I have my previous automobiles.

- Lots of technology for an old guy to figure out, but I LOVE IT ! - Do need to eliminate the annoying 'auto-stop' feature or give an option to permanently disable it.

Great SUV that checks a lot of the boxes

Overall, we love our Palisade. Our one issue is that this gets below-average gas mileage, especially in town driving. On the highway, we average around 20 MPG, but in town it's around 14.5 MPG. Outside of that, it drives very smoothly and is very comfortable to drive. It also looks great and is fun to drive.

Shudder during all phases or driving

Six weeks after purchase a shudder was notice as driving. Vehicle has been in three times. Lead tech and other tech specialists do not get any errors, however feel the shudder as well when driving it. 2027 palisade has it too after a test drive. A $60k vehicle should be smooth to drive. No vehicle I have ever owned did this.

Zero Stars

I bought the car in April and I've had it in my possession about 30 days, much of the time with warning lights on. The dealer was horrible to work with, driving a "replacement" car that is worth $30k or so below the value of the loan for a car I paid on. Hyundai was not helpful at offering me any real options for a new vehicle that actually worked.

Best vehicle ever

The 2026 Palisade is one of the best vehicles I have owned. So much useful technology built into the vehicle. Unfortunately, someone pulled out in front of me while driving and I totaled the car. The car saved me and I was able to walk away from the wreck without a scratch. The built in dash cam the Calligraphy edition saved me from the other insured party trying to say it was my fault . Hyundai has built a solid redesign and thought of everything.
