2025 Santa cruz

The only thing I don’t like about my Santa Cruz is the message that pops up and says you need to consider taking a break. It cannot be disabled and it is very annoying.

Love my Baby Truck

I love my Baby Truck. It fits well in my garage even with my bike rack installed. I tend to carry my cargo like my sewing machine and supplies and luggage in the cab area. I noticed the tonneau cover doesn’t keep out the elements including pollen, so to protect those things when traveling, they ride in the cab. I love the electronic features, especially the surround backup camera. It feels like drone camera is directly above the truck so I can see every angle seamlessly. The automatic door locks only lock when driving off. I really miss that the doors don’t automatically lock when I’m leaving the vehicle and carrying the key. Also it seems like the key fob should have an internal place for the physical key. Now my Baby Truck is my little sports car in the practical sense. Back seating appears to be good for small children. Love the front seat adjustments. At 5’4” I’m able to raise the seat so that I can see over the hood and doors making turns easier to see. It took a few weeks for me to figure that out. Although there is a camera that activates for your blinker in turns, I find it better to look through the windows. I can see where the blinker camera would be helpful when bicycles approach from the right side.

Great & Fun Vehicle

It's a great ride. I do however wish that for the price it would have had the highway driving assist and adaptive cruise control like my 2024 Kona had.

Overpriced vehicle with less then impressive features

I bought this vehicle new. The vehicle and bed is very small. The features are mediocre at best. The price I paid (42k) I thought was kind of high. After riding it for a few months I feel I was ripped off for what I got in return. Never getting a Hyundai again!

Definitely worth a look

It’s a great vehicle. I was a little hesitant about going from a full sized pickup to the Santa Cruz but it hasn’t been an issue at all. Fit and finish are good, the only thing is the finish wears off the start button, I’m on my second one.

Love the look and comfort, but for the love of all things holy and sacred: let's us "save" the drive mode and turn off adaptive cruise control and front attack warning. Also, let us bypass the login.

Trail Boss To Santa Cruz

Wife and teenage girls didn't want to drive the Leveled Trail Boss. Thought Santa Cruz would fill in for a while to allow them another vehicle to drive. Legroom for rear seats is minimal with normal adults up front. Good thing for sensors and blind spot cameras because the blind spot is "DEADLY". Windshield wipers don't stay up by themselves. Colder climate owners have to make modifications. Now some good stuff...31 MPG with 88+ octane. 26 MPG operating with 87 octane. Great factory stock tires and AWD is great in snow. Little extra ground clearance helps also. Loaded with the latest technologies and a great stock radio system. Since they are discontinued, I will be shopping for a full size 4x4 with a warranty simular to Hyundai.

My Santa Cruz

I was skeptical about the size of the Santa Cruz. However, I do enjoy how it handles and rides. The driver assisted aspects is something that I have come to terms with since driving it. The vehicle gets great gas mileage and has more power than expected for the vehicle.

Unique and Versatile

I wanted a unique SUV/pickup to replace our F150 that we enjoyed for 15 years hauling boats, trailers, RV's ,etc. I noticed the SC at various times and decided it would be great for our needs at this time. Its' fun to drive and versatile. We no longer need to haul trailers but the bed is very useful and we would have missed one after our F150 over the years. It's always fun to see the stares and questions people have about our Activity.
