since the purchase process was so bad I shouldve stopped there. Inferior product and service for a $40K+ vehicle. Sold and I'm back where I belong - Acura

Overall good vehicle for the price

The Santa.Cruz is great comfort and drives like the other Hyundai SUVs. It’s easy to park and drive with the backup camera. The drive lacks smoothness in the gears unless it’s in the Sports Mode.

Great car for a senior. Rear seat space needs to be bigger. Rear seat belt is useless if passenger is to big for infant seat

2025 Santa Cruz

The ride is very smooth, and I like the Turbo's extra power to pass vehicles. However, I'm disappointed in that I have to have the front bumper replaced as the chrome is coming off of the plastic. The parts are on back order. Also, very disappointed in the fact that my local dealer has me wait 4 weeks for an oil change.

Smooth riding vehicle!

A sensor went out when it had 3000 miles and we hadn't had it a year. It took them almost a month to figure out what it was abd fix it.

Better than expected

My Hyundai Santa Cruz is a complete package. It is comfortable and enjoyable to drive on long trips (with lots of room in the back seats for those taller passengers), gets really good gas mileage, looks great, and performs all the truck duties I throw at it. I added a tow hitch and tow a utility trailer hauling firewood, kayaks, mulch and anything else I need to tow. I enjoy it more than I thought I would.

Santa Cruz 2025

Rides well and handles well. Did not give it 5 stars because of the uploaded driving directions "face forward while driving, put both hands on the steering wheel, etc." I am 80 years old and find that distracting. Might be good for inexperienced drivers but I find it annoying.

9 of 10. Nothing is perfect.

So far, safety recall on front safety camera was reprogrammed at 5,000 mile checkup/oil change. All is good now. It did work 1 time a person passed me and cut right back close in front, startled me when brakes jolted me unexpectedly. Guess that is what its for.
