Came in for oil change, they always check and see what else needs to be done, to let me know ahead.
Mike called me ahead of time and scheduled the appointment so I wouldn't have to wait.
Their service manager Michael Huskey is also on top of things and is very helpful.
We had a GREAT Service experience. Daniel was Awesome!! We had an appointment on Monday morning @9am.
& had our car by 5:30 same day..I Will be honest and say I do not like taking my cars to dealership because of High cost, but needed to in this case. Our Service advisor..Daniel Chavez called my wife and I at least 3 times with updates/options.He was extremely patient & helpful.If need to, I will come back??

d not have the attention of buying the same day. I met Ara Adan, she was in a hurry when she asked me was I looking for a car. The beginning of our conversation was not great. However, we started talking and showed me a few Hyundai until I saw the car I really liked. We drove the car and end up buying the same day because of Are. Ara Adan is a great sales woman and very nice. She did great helping me select the car I wanted. She had great customer service. Provided best car buying experience, very courteous, and patient. I will referred her to anyone.

One small issue in an otherwise perfect experience.
Everything related to the customer waiting area, the service, and the work done to my vehicle was per
fect as usual except for one item. The windshield washer fluid reservoir was empty, even though the maintenance report said that all fluids were topped off. I think this is the first time I've had a less than 5 star experience here, being a regular customer for seven or eight years, but it's still probably a 4.8.
