The facility was able to give me an appt. time that fit my schedule and I didn't have to leave my car
overnight so waiting for 2 hours was better than having to leave it another day. The facility was nice, bright and clean and the customer waiting area was spacious and offered TV and Wi-Fi. The work performed resulted from 2 recalls and no charge was incurred which was extra nice.

I brought my Tuscon in for a replacement part that was covered under warranty. They had to order the
part and called me with it was in. I expected to wait at least 3+ hours, but the work was done in 45 mins! While they were replacing the part, they informed me that my rear brakes needed replacing. Although I had low mileage, I questioned it (even though I heard the brakes grinding). The technician showed me the back brakes vs. the front braked. He was patient and explained everything I had questions about and made me feel as ease with their diagnosis.
