The service team and Lynn did a great job getting us back on the road after rabbits chewed through ou
r dash lights cables. They ran the updates for security and engine monitoring logic under the required services that needed to be done. We also had some damage. I like the way everything was itemized for our approval. This process was so easy with no pressure to upsell. I expected the worst having dealt with other dealerships but this was fast, convenient, friendly service. Thanks Lynn, it was a pleasure doing business with you!

My 2015 Honda Crosstour v6 needed a timing belt & water pump 100k mile replacement. I am an engineer
and my wife & I snowbird here in Apache Junction. I searched/googled the internet "near me" and Spectrum Auto Care in Gilbert caught my eye ... and I read several very positive reviews. I visited them and met Michael at the front desk ( Service Writer/Manager). He was professional, polite and very knowledgeable ...especially on some the minute details I brought up. BTW, the shop stalls were all busy!
They did the repair yesterday and it was perfect, including giving me the box of old parts to examine myself! Wow! They earned and deserve more than a 5-score. 100% first class in every way and I will recommend them to all my friends and relatives here in AZ.

he communicated with me while my car was in the shop at your dealership. I work on the phone so it would be hard for me to talk with him via a phone call. He is a great texter through your app, and he kept me informed during the process.
