I visited Scott’s during the afternoon on October 4, 2022 intending to drop off my vehicle for servic
e. Upon arrival, the shop was extremely busy and unfortunately unable to intake my vehicle that day. Jack was polite and professional as always, and suggested I try to bring my vehicle by again at 8:00 am on Thursday October 6th.
I returned on October 6th. The shop was open and ready to go. Again, Jack was a pleasure to work with.
I received a call back from Jack by 11:45 am. Requested services had been completed (ABS sensor), and Jack discussed observations made by the mechanic for other problems which may require my attention or future service.
The cost I incurred for the service delivered was reasonable, and the quick turn around is most appreciated.
Thank you Scott’s staff and mechanics for a job well done!
