I had scheduled a time to drop off my vehicle which I did. They gave me an estimate of the cost and t
old me they would let me know when the vehicle was ready. Everybody was very friendly and knew about my particular truck. After about an hour, they texted me back and told me that my truck was ready and I came down and paid for it and the cost was really not much more than I was expecting since my truck takes a higher grade of oil. All in all they were friendly knowledgeable got the job done correctly, and I was very happy with the work and the staff.

Futures Hyundai is the place to take your Hyundai vehicle for service. Maribel was my advisor and she
was professional throughout the entire process of my car getting diagnosed. She let me know when she would be going to lunch and that she would be getting in contact with me when she returned for any update status. Advisors at other Hyundai dealerships promise they will do this and never do. The customer ends up having to call. Also, they have the best mechanic foreman, Jefte. I have known him for a few years and he has always be honest-> something you don't find at the majority other dealership repair centers. Plus, you don't have to wait 1+ month to make an appointment. I got mine 1 1/2 weeks out. Lastly, just a few walking blocks from the dealership, there is a shopping center(Veranda) and a movie theater, so you are not stuck waiting at the dealership being bored.
Now, on the minus side, I do wish they had tables in their waiting area for people who have laptops. I didn't check if they offered free wifi, but I didn't see any signs posted so I assume no. There is a TV and a machine that offers free coffee and latte's. Be careful though because the lattes come with a lot of sugar! I am waiting for a survey to be sent to me so I can give Kudos to Maribel and Jefte.

My truck broke down on the freeway, AAA towed me to the nearest mechanic. Which luckily was AutoWise.
I got there stressed from a major fix needed. A new clutch amongst other things. The owner helped me get a cup of coffee near by when I arrived as a kind gesture. The major repairs were complete within a week & the truck is running differently with new parts. The owner taught me how to drive it with new clutch before leaving and was a great teacher. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very happy with bringing my truck here. Only reason for 4 stars and not five is because I was origina
lly quoted 1700 for fixing my fan clutch but then they called again and said it would be 2600. Regardless of the increase everything seems to be fixed and running like it should. Their employee Parker was great in explaining the issues and getting my truck back on the road.
