Many shops are particular about the cars they like to work on. Many shops complain and don't like to
work on Mini Coopers. Julian and Gabi welcomed me to the shop to assist me with issues with my Mini. I was informed of what would be investigated, how long it would take, and I was updated throughout the process. I appreciate the guidance and assistance and Julian got me on the right track. I only happened upon this shop and have found a gem. I plan to consult with them on issues that come up with my vehicles.

I brought my Veracruz in for two recall notices. Appointments were booked out two and a half months,
but since Covid, I suppose that's normal. Staff was very friendly, from the man checking in my car, to the employee welcoming me into the facility, and the service provider behind the counter. The facility is dismal and drab and rundown looking. No amenities for the wait, only one chair to sit on, but again, the staff was cheery and pleasant. They were able to do one recall job, but couldn't diagnose why my airbag light was staying on. They said they could replace the airbag mechanism for $1500. No thanks! I hope my airbag will open when it's supposed to! Glad to hear they are moving to new facilities - the employees deserve a fresher place to work!
