My wife had a flat tire today, so I had to go and help her as she was stranded with one of the kids.
Our jack was missing a piece, so I stopped by Zion and David offered to help me out. He left his shop, brought a jack, and helped me put on the spare. After that he called and found me a great deal on two new tires that were long overdue. He even showed me that the car really needed a brake job, so I made an appointment to come in next week. They go above and beyond to help out their customers.

Replaced my car engine and dealt with the warranty company on my behalf
Brought in my 2019 Audi Q8 for a change of the front break rotors and bushing and also to check a wei
rd noise coming from the engine. After an inspection they concluded that the engine is unrepairable and offered to deal with the extended warranty company on my behalf. After a fairly long process, mainly due to the warranty company multiple inspections, they managed to negotiate installing a brand new engine and front bushing all at no cost for me. I only paid for the front brakes and brake fluid change. During this entire process they offered me multiple update, assuring me that my car is on good hands. Got back a car with a brand new quitet and smooth engine, so I am extremly happy. Totally reccomend Pacific German!!!
