Overall the experience for service was positive. It did take two trips to have the work completed as
a part was not available even though the visit was scheduled in advance. A repeat trip was required to completed the work.
Service staff is professional and committed to insuring the work is completed appropriately and fully, and that the customer is informed throughout the process. The completion of work was timely outside of the backordered part.
