ght show" when I tried to start my 2016 Santa Fe Sport 2.0T. Would not start, so I had it towed to the Service Dept. Turned out to be a failed battery. While at this shop, I had the spark plugs changed (64K miles). PRO: All work was done within 2 days! Only CON: I now get about 4miles per gallon less (??) Looking into this.

During my visit at KC Automotive, I received prompt care. My vehicle was accessed based off my initia
l concerns. I was informed throughout of any unknown issues and asked if they should continue repair. I of course said yes as they made me feel confident that my vehicle would be taken care of while in their care. Though my vehicle needed more fine tuning, they repaired the significant amount of items for my upcoming journey. I was even able to speak with the technician who worked in my vehicle.
Very friendly staff. Would definitely come back for future repairs.

dge I am at the mercy of unscrupulous repairman and Matt actually fixed a weird noise in my engine that was caused by a plastic bag caught under the dash. He didn't charge me at all and I became a customer for life. He is one of the good guys.

, Rick, and Nick all came together and went above and beyond to ensure I drove away in the car I truly wanted. My credit isn’t the best and I still left HAPPY!! Also Gary is HILARIOUS and sweet. Thank you a gentleman I appreciate you all.
