A bad ring on an oil filter was installed. The way I found out is seeing a 5 x5 oil spill covering my
garage floor! Went back the smug guy at the counter, no eye contact handed me a less than half bottle of cleaner and continued on his computer. They installed a new filter and he said, there is no charge. Did I ask? -No. So at the bottom of he receipt is the customer satisfaction that says they want to “ keep” their 5 star rating. I called on a Friday and the gal said maybe by Monday I would get a call back. In 10 min the DM called me back and was apologetic after I related my tale of woe. He sent a super nice kid over to spread kitty litter through the entire mess. Two days later he was back and swept it up and applied more cleaner and washed it all down with a circular machine. It looks fine. He worked on my garage floor at least 2 hours til I was satisfied. The other reviews on this page are not very encouraging but everyone deserves a 2nd chance…?

My car died. It wouldn't start. Lights, radio, AC worked. Battery was new. I was referred to B&S Mot
orsports by my sister. The call was quickly answered by the owner, Bill. I explained the situation and he knew it was the starter. He said he has had to replace a number of Honda starters for my year, make, and model. He said he was booked for the week, but a starter wouldn't take long and could squeeze me in between jobs the next day. He told me it would take about 30 minutes to repair. I made arrangements to have the car towed to him. The car was at his place just before 10am and the car was fixed by 11:15am. Bill checked the car to make sure there wasn't anything other than the starter. Bill was very professional and personable. With the turn of the key, it immediately started. I don't know if Bill did anything else, but on the drive home, the car seemed to drive much smoother than before. The experience was great from phone call to finish. The price was more than reasonable. You can tell Bill loves what he does and takes pride in his work.
