A bad ring on an oil filter was installed. The way I found out is seeing a 5 x5 oil spill covering my
garage floor! Went back the smug guy at the counter, no eye contact handed me a less than half bottle of cleaner and continued on his computer. They installed a new filter and he said, there is no charge. Did I ask? -No. So at the bottom of he receipt is the customer satisfaction that says they want to “ keep” their 5 star rating. I called on a Friday and the gal said maybe by Monday I would get a call back. In 10 min the DM called me back and was apologetic after I related my tale of woe. He sent a super nice kid over to spread kitty litter through the entire mess. Two days later he was back and swept it up and applied more cleaner and washed it all down with a circular machine. It looks fine. He worked on my garage floor at least 2 hours til I was satisfied. The other reviews on this page are not very encouraging but everyone deserves a 2nd chance…?

, Charlie, Liam and the rest of their team have made sure that my cars and I have been taken care of over that entire time. They have provided services beyond the scope necessary, have driven me to appointments and waited for me while their crew has worked on my vehicle. From Fords, to Hondas, to Volkswagens, to our present Lincoln MKX they have done outstanding work at fair prices. I'm sorry that out of the over 300 5 Star reviews, that Amy W's unfortunate experience and review is at the top of all the others. I will continue to use and count on Red Mountain Tire & Auto!
