first time here Ray went to war for me against the insurance and won. brand new engine, zero dollars
out of my pocket. after a great first experience, went back for an oil change and they did it CORRECTLY the FIRST time. its crazy that someone doing something right the first time around is so rare these days but Mr Ray and his team have earned my business. amongst the plethora of incompetence you find in the Valley, I will always go out of my way to make sure the only people who touch my car are employed by this shop

A bad ring on an oil filter was installed. The way I found out is seeing a 5 x5 oil spill covering my
garage floor! Went back the smug guy at the counter, no eye contact handed me a less than half bottle of cleaner and continued on his computer. They installed a new filter and he said, there is no charge. Did I ask? -No. So at the bottom of he receipt is the customer satisfaction that says they want to “ keep” their 5 star rating. I called on a Friday and the gal said maybe by Monday I would get a call back. In 10 min the DM called me back and was apologetic after I related my tale of woe. He sent a super nice kid over to spread kitty litter through the entire mess. Two days later he was back and swept it up and applied more cleaner and washed it all down with a circular machine. It looks fine. He worked on my garage floor at least 2 hours til I was satisfied. The other reviews on this page are not very encouraging but everyone deserves a 2nd chance…?
