Valencia is consistently honest, professional, and incredibly helpful. She takes the time to explain what’s going on, gives realistic time estimates, and treats customers with respect. This visit was no exception — she listened, handled a warranty issue efficiently, and made sure everything was taken care of properly and at no cost to me.
It’s rare to find a service advisor who is both knowledgeable and genuinely kind. Valencia is exactly that. Because of her, service visits are stress-free and handled the right way.

We recently purchased a 2025 Hyundai, Tucson, Limited edition from Hyundai of Anderson and we met the
nicest sales representative and through her confidence and full knowledge of the car we purchased has turned out to be best car we ever had. Julie Medina (Customer Service Sales Specialist) did it all, she helped us find & choose the model she felt fit out needs. She fully explained all the features of our new "Tucson" (and there is a lot) Julie did most of all the paperwork necessary, She called our insurance companies to take off and put on our new car and answered every question to our satisfaction to help us decide to buy right then and there. Julie is truly an asset to the dealership of ("Hyundai of Anderson).
Upper management was not needed to answer most of our main questions and with the assistance and full explanation of (Leasing) by (Alexander Fung -General Manager) of our new car we choose to lease from Hyundai our beautiful new car. Joseph (JR) Bifabio contacted us by phone in the fist place and invited us to see their automobiles and we are so glad we did. Joseph run our credit check, he introduced us to Julie to introduce us to the Hyundai of Anderson family of vehicles that was difficult to choose from as there is a car available to every buyers needs.
Thank You Jonathan Lopez, (Finance Manager) for making the finance of our leasing our car so darn easy and it did not hurt a bit.
We have never felt so good to actually be in debt as our car exchanges in the future will assure us to have a nice new vehicle every so often with no worries, EVER except to pay for the lease and add Fuel to the car and drive.

We were unable to find our desired vehicle locally so worked with McDonald Hyundai in Littleton, CO.
4 1/2 hours away. John Kiramy Kept us informed the entire time as to where the vehicle was in the process of being perfect for the sale. Upon our arrival at the dealership we were greeted by a professional who showed us to John's work area. John showed us all the details of the vehicle and had us operate everything in a ride-along to make certain we understood how all the options functioned. Spencer Armijo worked us through the finance piece and all the options with warranty etc. Both folks were easy to deal with and any others we came in contact were friendly as can be. This a clean well run operation. Would definitely recommend them for a great experience in purchasing a vehicle.

My son who is a student at Western Michigan University drives a 2021 Tucson, he was having issues wit
h the engine. The engine was making a knocking sound, tried making an appointment in Kzoo, they could not get him in for over a month, tried Grand Rapids, nope, it was a month and 1/2 away. So I called my service team in Illinois to see if there was anything they could do. They called Signature in Benton Harbor, and talked to Jen Gruber. Jen had the car in the next day. Jen kept us in the loop back in Illinois all the time with the timeline of the car. She got my son a loaner car to use, which was great. Signature had the motor replaced in less than 3 weeks from the time they got the car. I highly recommend seeing Jen, or anyone at Signature for their service needs
