ned everything so I understood, polite, caring on what my needs are and what I was comfortable in. When out in a storm and brought the car in for me to see. Took me for a test drive and was explaining so many things as he drove. Helped me step up the car, handles all the insurance information. Never got upset with me and made me feel thankful I came to Lester Glenn. Always offered water tea coffee. I need to leave because my husband is ill but I am going in on Saturday to go over a few more things. I have never had a sales person go the lengths he did. Will highly recommend Lester Glenn and most definitely refer Binish and I will buy there again.

& had our car by 5:30 same day..I Will be honest and say I do not like taking my cars to dealership because of High cost, but needed to in this case. As I passed by Parma on my way to Florida I ran over a tire tread on the Turnpike. As a result, a shi
eld on the bottom of the vehicle was ripped from it's mounting and was dragging on the road.
I was lucky to find Ken Ganley Hyundai. I did not have any affiliation with this dealership and yet they agreed to help me without an appointment. They put the vehicle on the hoist and removed the dragging shield as it was to badly damaged to be repaired. I was able to continue my trip to Florida. They did this without charge and washed the car as well.

This particular visit I had Sylvia as my go to person. It was refreshing to see a young person with so much enthusiasm and love for her job and for her customers. She went above and beyond and I really appreciated it.

Brandon showed us new cars and preowned cars we decided on a preowned and he made sure to ask or state several times Is that what you want or he would say no pressure on any sale.
