Accompanied my niece to pick up new Tucson. Her first experience with a new car purchase. Arrived at
scheduled time. Apparently another customer arrived 3 hours late for their appointment and they took them ahead of us. We arrived at 5 pm and didn’t get out until 8pm. Very disrespectful and disappointing. I called and left VM for sales manager and requested follow up call to discuss. Mr. Kertes couldn’t be bothered to call me back. Also we put down a substantial amount of cash on the car and was told we needed a cashiers check which we brought. Then we were told that a cashiers check would trigger a form being sent to IRS and that we could have used a personal check which would not have triggered a report. Josh was fine as a salesperson but the decision to put another customer ahead of us was made by people above him. Not a pleasant experience. Being ignored by sales manager is not okay. Also based on my recommendation to use Bowser my niece drove from north hills to purchase car here. Won’t make that recommendation again!

We purchased a Palisade from Hyundai of Greeley after working with Josh. He never made us feel uncomf
ortable or pressured to buy. That was a meaningful difference after visiting 6 other dealerships. We appreciated he had the right car pulled up and prepped for us to test drive even though we arrived 10 minutes early. He pulled two other models to the front as well so we could compare and test drive.
When we quizzed him on the features and pros and cons for each vehicle, he had a thorough and detailed answer for each, and didn’t sugarcoat.
We ended up buying and were happy we bought from him.

I have had to come in to the dealership a couple of times and every time Mirena has been there to sav
e the day. My daughter goes to university of Saint Augustine. We live 5 hours away. So it is hard to take care of car trouble when they come up. This time my daughter hit a pop hole and popped a tire. She was able to get her in for a new tire and fix the alignment. Plus some scheduled maintenance. She went above and beyond to make sure that my daughter would be safe to travel home. I can’t thank her enough.

We live in Racine, WI but received excellent service from Hyundai of Eau Claire. Initially, we purch
ased a 2026 Sonata Hybrid Limited 30 minutes from home at Hyundai West Allis, a dealership that treated us poorly and took advantage of us. We ended up trading in the car three weeks later to do business with Hyundai of Eau Claire. Why?
Two days after purchasing the car, I contacted Eau Claire because West Allis failed to disclose the fact that Eau Claire had the red car I was looking for. Logan Brown was willing to do far more than our local general manager before I could even ask. West Allis refused to honor their 3-day Worry Free Exchange. I complained to Hyundai USA but they did nothing. Three weeks later, we reached out to Logan again. He helped us trade in our new car to purchase the red Sonata. Logan took care of us from afar and we were able to do everything from Racine, WI. They even delivered the new car and drove the trade-in back to Eau Claire! Just know that Eau Claire is a rare gem of a dealership; they’re transparent, fair, and willing to do everything in their power to service their customers, whether you’re next door or four hours away.
