She let me know about consumer rights. She’d call to update me, and when I came in to check, she knew me and greeted me by name with a smile and truthful words. She’s professional, friendly, knowledgeable and top notch! If it wasn’t for her I would have taken my business elsewhere!! Because of her I’d give the business an upgrade to low average rating.
