stomer relationship. I’ve been working with her since July 5th to get my vehicle repaired. She communicated with an out of state insurance company and myself. She kept me abreast along the way. She let me know about consumer rights. She’d call to update me, and when I came in to check, she knew me and greeted me by name with a smile and truthful words. She’s professional, friendly, knowledgeable and top notch! If it wasn’t for her I would have taken my business elsewhere!! Because of her I’d give the business an upgrade to low average rating.
