LAST SERVICE FOR OIL TOOK OVER 2 1/2 HOURS I FELL WAS TO LONG. LOST MY APPOINTMENT AND I HAVE SPOKEN WITH BILL. HE STATED HE WAS SORRY AND THAT WAS IT. I WAIT FOR OVER 2 HOURS THRU NO FAULT OF MINE AND ALL GET IS A I AM SORRY NOT A GOOD WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER

Brake issue?
Tiffany was very friendly and made sure she understood our concerns. In the end it turned out to be nothing and Tiffany was able to get us the oil change and inspection while relieving our concerns.
