Went to get my ALMOST classic Corolla some work done. The front desk staff was so transparent about t
heir process and pricing. Jonathan was like talking to ChatGpt, but I’m not car literate but he could break terms down so that even my 9 year old could understand. It was unreal and he didn’t make me feel dumb or less than because I wasn’t auto literate. There was ZERO pressure just information. They even broke down my repairs to which would be most to least important so I could be safe while on the road. I will be back with my girl and my other vehicles because it was just a fantastic experience.

We had to evacuate my dad’s place in Florida due to Hurricane Milton. We arrived safely to Wilmington
to stay with my brother but the next day the car was hesitating. I was worried since it was my dad’s BMW and we did just drive over 12 hours. We were continuing on to Philadelphia and needed the car fixed ASAP. The service was done quickly and the staff was great! The rear ABS speed sensor was faulty and needed to be replaced which they did. So relieved to find out it was nothing serious and the cost was not outrageous.
