The store clerks (2 male attendants) with whom we interact to complete the payment, are unprofessiona
l. Most of the time, I go to pick my vehicle after the the service center closes. The clerks are seen watching a video or some entertainment on their phone with speaker enabled, so that everyone around can also hear. They do not have the professional courtesy to mute or pause their entertainment while attending to customers. Often, I have speak louder than usual to convey my message. This is annoying to say the least. The experience with store clerks is just opposite to the fine experience I have interacting with service manager and technicians.
I guess the clerks need a bit of training in customer engagement.

Luis is the best mechanic I have found! He is honest and trustworthy. I first took my BMW 335i to the
dealership to fix a coolant issue and was quoted $2500. I thought that was ridiculous so I then took it to Luis. He fixed the coolant issue, changed the front brake pads, and did an oil change for under $1000! This is what an honest mechanic looks like!
