These people are amazing! Daron and his Sister are great at what they do. I have a Lexus that started
giving me problems. I took it to another shop who said there were so many diagnostic codes that they said they couldn't work on it and I had to take it to the dealer. The dealer found 28 diagnostic codes and quoted me the work. I called Herb's Garage and Daron quoted me significantly lower prices so I took it there. It took a few weeks to fix the issue because there were so many codes. Even after they fixed the noticeable issue (rough idle), the check engine would still come on. They finally fixed that issue. The car was a problem with only 60k miles. Daron and his team definitely worked hard on it and solved the difficult problem. They were gracious enough to help out with a rental for a little bit of time too. They charged very reasonable prices, especially for the amount of work performed. Car now runs great. It's safe to say that I finally found a mechanic who I consider my mechanic.

Heard about this establishment through a friend originally called on 1/24 to set an appointment for A
5 service on my GLE Mercedes Benz. I was able to get on the books Tuesday 2/10 per the manager they had many technicians on vacation etc. no concerns there as I understood the circumstances.
I have no issues with the service on my GLE 53 AMG Coupe as of now. The cost for the service including the brake job was reasonable and fair.
My only issue with this shop is just the customer service from the time I dropped my car off to the time I picked up my car. The guys working in the front lobby should greet customers appropriately within a reasonable timeframe and actually make the customer feel welcome in the repair shop. I felt like they treated me just like another ticket number even with me being a referral.
Overall service is fine but again the customer service needs to be addressed especially from the front office.
