n the Royalty sign was very comforting. It was after 5PM and after calling Mark he said he could take a look at the car. We left the car with Mark and he took the car into his shop evaluated the issues. Mark then called me with an update of the items he found and cost. The knowledge on the car and its issues was evident in his explanation and honest opinions. We were not a customer before but a "walk In" and Royalty treated me like a king! Royalty were not on my radar as we are an 50 mins drive away. I can tell you its worth every mile and we are planning on getting our inspections, Oil changes and any subsequent issues with the car completed with Mark and his team.

Even while I was there dropping off the car, he was ordering (OEM) parts to speed the process. By the end of the day, my car was repaired to my satisfaction. I will definitely use them again!
