rep Ahn called me to tell me more about the vehicle. When I first showed up the whole staff was super friendly. I can tell Ahn did his education on the car. He knew the ins and outs of it which was very helpful in me making my decision. When it came to the numbers I told them what I would like to pay and they were able to work with the bank to get the financing I wanted! I highly recommend buying a vehicle from them.

Purchased Used Ford Explorer - Positive Experience
I went to Kendall Ford in Marysville in a bind, needing a car quickly as I was preparing for a move.
Other dealerships had asking prices that were significantly over Kelley Blue Book and marked up basic accessories (like CD players and radios)... looking at you Honda of Bellevue. Well, I got to Kendall Ford and was immediately able to see my car of interest. The staff was incredibly friendly, let me take a nice test drive on the spot. Loved the car. It was in great condition, well cleaned, and had no defects.
Then came the negotiations, I came in with two viable alternatives and was straight up about cheaper cars with less mileage (older years / less features). Adam and the rest of the staff were reasonable and understanding of the fair market price. Got a mutually fair price, within Kelley Blue Book Range (which feels impossible these days) and a fantastic car for my roadtrip / move. Definitely would recommend Kendall Ford. MY ONLY criticism is the time it took to get to meeting with the financing department - but that was slightly a product of two other customers buying around the same time.

yota RAV4, she couldn't stop raving about her new car. I was curious and I wanted to see how competitive the pricing was in comparison with the classifieds and other dealers. Couldn't be beat. Not only will Peter give you a competitive price, Peter will make sure you're informed and as comfortable as can be throughout the entire process. Today, I also came to buy a 2018 Toyota RAV4. My ankles dislocated so I came in crutches. It was busy but that didn't stop him from helping me move everything over from my old car, including a Thule. Nothing to say but good things working with Peter. His desk is to the far left back corner towards the window if you're looking for him. Haven't worked with any other of the staff, but I'm sure you can't go wrong here.
