I got an appointment in the timeframe I hoped for. I needed an inspection and oil change and also to
find the cause of some scraping noise that appeared to be coming from one of the wheels. I really thought I’d need rotors. Turns out there was something stuck in the brake mechanism. No big deal. It was taken care of. Jen is very pleasant to deal with.
