Common problem unable to fix
My AC will stop blowing out of the vents. It sounds like the blower motor is working but nothing comes out of the vents. This happens anytime it’s on longer than 30 minutes approximately. This seems to be a very very common problem as it all over the internet and forums (TSB 22-2089)but until service experiences it themselves they won’t take responsibility. Not to mention it took 8 weeks to get into the service center and now no one needs AC that it’s October. Nothing like a brand new very, very expensive truck with 4,000 miles on it not having AC and the dealer won’t address it without experiencing it themselves.

Frustrating run around
I took my Escape in for regular maintenance in back in August. At the time, the service engine light was coming on intermittently as I was driving around town. I was able to look at my Ford app and see what the problem was. I had mentioned it to the service advisor when I took it in, and they had brushed me off saying that there wasn’t anything they could do about it then. About a week or so later, the engine light was staying consistently on, but still going off every once in awhile. I called back and the guy who helped me at that point was able to see from his end that there were two faults that were being thrown from that engine light. One that I had mentioned previously when I took it in for maintenance, and then another one. If he could see it then, why couldn’t the other guy see it? I understand that going in for maintenance and then having another issue may cause time constraints for the mechanics. However, when I took it back in recently, I was told that there may need to be a part ordered and I would be without my vehicle until Monday. (It was a Friday going into a weekend). Thankfully, I was set up with a rental for the day to be able to get to and from work and over the weekend if needed, but the situation was frustrating as the part that was replaced was exactly what I told the service advisors what was wrong when I had originally taken it in back in August. It was poor customer service from the original advisors as they brushed off my concern and didn’t even bother to look at codes or give me another solution to get me on the schedule to come back in. This service department came highly recommended, and I felt pretty disappointed.

Repair 2018 Ford F 150
I have a 2018 Ford F 150 which only had about 24,000 miles on it when I started having problems with the transmission. I brought it in to Mike White Ford for an inspection and I found out not only did it need a new transmission but also the cam phasers needed to be replaced & it also had a leak in the oil pan!! You can imagine how shocked & pissed I was because of the low mileage! My service advisor was AJ Mills & I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me through this! He explained everything I needed done & was very supportive through the whole ordeal! He helped me get a rental car & got the parts in quickly & got my truck repaired quicker than I thought! This was my first experience with Mike White Ford and they couldn’t ask for a better representative! I won’t go anywhere else because of the fantastic service he gave. He went above & beyond what anyone would have expected!!! I can’t say enough good things about AJ!!! Thank you again!!

Excellent information from technician
My F150 Raptor had 3 separate issues. The technician was extremely knowledgeable about each problem and accurately took notes to document the issues. To be honest, not every technician had the same level of knowledge...the person I talked to on the phone the day before wasn't aware of some of the nuances relating to the IWE problem.

Kept my only vehicle for 2 days, released it back to me as fixed but still have original problems. When I called back the dealership gave me another appointment like 30 days out. Unacceptable!!!!
Did not fix my vehicle problems and gave me a ridiculous next appointment. My vehicle was kept for 2 days on original appointment!

It might have been 3, but Jacob came through to push it up to 4.
This experience should never have happened, 3 flat tires from driving on State highways, a gravel road and a short dirt road. The tires that the factory put on our Bronco Sport were substandard. This is an off road vehicle and should come with the option of driving to the grocery store tires and tires that are meant for gravel and dirt road use. Also in this option should be a full size spare, because when you are on Idaho’s Scenic Byways, a doughnut spare will not get you anywhere. I even questioned the grade of tire on the vehicle were and was assured that they up to the task!
When I called Ford, the phone representatives were courteous and listened, but I could tell my concerns were going nowhere. The next question has always been a 9 or 10, but has fallen to a qualified “7.5”.

Van has constant pull right
Was told that pull to right is not significant enough for them to fix. I drive it every day and as soon as you take hands off wheel the van pulls right. You kept it for an extra day. Found what might be the problem but could cost upwards of $1700 but warranty doesn't cover and could not guarantee that it would fix said problem.

They took my Ford truck in and ran a test to see why my engine light has been staying on and my vehicle running sluggish going. They found the problem. One spark plug bad. They replaced it and I had my truck back sooner than I expected.

Oil Change, Tire Rotation & Recall check.
Service is always a pleasant experience. My appointment was at 9:30am, but it was nearly 1:00pm before I was able to retrieve my vehicle. It was unusual to have the service take that long. Overall Mike White Ford service department scores well. Staff are friendly and in this situation they did say it would be 12:00 or 12:30 for completion.
