Repair fixed the ongoing problem!!
First of all, I love my car. It has "stuff" on it that I never thought I needed until I had it, now I don't know what I would do without it! With that said, since purchasing it brand new in 2016 there has been an inherent issue with the seats. These seats should have darn near cooked eggs with them because of the technology in them. They heat, they have AC and they have massage but- the heat and the AC had been lack luster until this last fix. Ford finally fixed the issue, Mike White Service technicians replaced the cushions and I now have "butt burners" instead of "butt warmers". It has taken a lot of patience by the technicians and myself but the problem is finally resolved! Thank you ladies and gentlemen (service writers, technicians, etc) for your ongoing persistence and patience in getting this resolved!! Now, I REALLY love my car!!!!

Over the top to help me !
My truck , an F150 , started stopping on me while driving. It was very random and was a very unsafe situation. When I called to schedule an appointment to have it repaired, the service department was so busy I was scheduled a month out. I spoke with Mike White about how busy they were and how frustrated I was with the problems with my truck. He turned the problem over to Chelsea and Tyler in the service department and they were able to move me way forward in the schedule. They reschedule me for Oct 18th. Originally scheduled for Nov 7th. I dropped the truck off on the 16th. They had it repaired on the 17th, a day earlier than I expected. Chelsea also provided me with a car to drive while my truck was being repaired at a very reasonable rate.
Bottom line, I couldn't be happier. They truly went out of their way to get my truck fixed once they understood the seriousness of my problem. That is what I call SERVICE!!! Thanks Mike, Chelsea and Tyler.

Warranty Repairs
Made an appointment for the check engine light. Also explained a weird noise in the front steering column. Both issues were found and repaired under my warranty. Chelsea and Joe were really wonderful. She even made the appointment for me to get in at Findlay for a recall that needed done. Really appreciate you all!

Chelsea
I has issues with the service when I brought a Lincoln in for service and some warranty work. Communication was poor. I was told I would hear back within 30 minutes and I had to call the dealership 2 days later as I never received the promised call. I was extremely disappointed...until Chelsea got involved. She has been fantastic. I brought a Fusion in for some work and Chelsea was outstanding, keeping me up to date and having someone else in service follow up with me when she was gone. She is a star!

Warranty Work not resolved
Bought Brand new Expedition in January 2021. By May running boards keep not coming down when passenger door opens. Took expedition to Mike White Ford service department, they looked at it briefly by power washing off dust and running board still wouldn't come down. They then proceed to tell me that they needed to schedule repair to see just what the problem was, but the first opening would be in July of 2021 (Two whole months later) Long story short made appointment for July 12th, took expedition in and service department tells me there is nothing wrong with running boards. No codes and they came down just fine. Yesterday July 13th running boards would not come down three times. NOT one day after an issue that they physically saw was happening back in May of 2021. They only wanted to pass the buck by saying no codes coming up. I guess I will take my Brand 7 month old Expedition that only has 4,300 miles on it, over to Wendel Ford to have them fix my warranty problem and in future they will get all three of our vehicle service work and any other NEW auto purchases. Very disappointed to say the least.

I appreciate your getting me out from my Focus recall in half a day instead of all day like your schedule guy said. When I first got to your shop I was talking to the first young man to greet me when your service guy Tyler insisted that I had ordered an oil change for my Focus. I ordered no such thing. Tyler was trying to intimidate me into spending more money because I'm old. I bought a new Explorer in 1993, a new F150 in 2001, this new Focus in 2013. Part of the reason I bought a new GMC Terrain in 2015 was because of the way tom addis ford service people treated me. They were condescending and arrogant, just like Tyler.
