Professional, friendly customer service
Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, recall service on e-brake. Basic stuff, and service seemed to be fine. I especially liked the people at the service counter with their friendly, helpful, positive attitude. Great customer focus. Also, I was in and out on time with no delays on the drop off or pick up of my vehicle. Nice job guys!

Rock Star Level Service
My 2022 F-150 recently had the dashboard light up like a Las Vegas Slot Machine during a road trip. The F150 lost many systems including, advancetrack, cruise control, ABS and more. I called and scheduled an appointment to have the problems evaluated. The truck systems returned to normal function before my appointment. The service department gave the truck a through evaluation to prevent a future reoccurrence of the problems. They took great care of me and my truck. Thanks for the excellent service.

Tired of seeing your people
My 2018 F-150 was back in for another repair. It seems like it can't make it from one oil change to another without having some thing major that requires a repair. For this round, your staff did a good job getting me approved for repairs through my warranty, and seems to have done a good job on the repairs as well. My only gripe is being told the warranty will cover the repairs, then getting a $300 bill for my share when I pick the truck up. It would be helpful if the "my share" part was detailed when I made the repair appointment; perhaps not a exact dollar amount, but an estimate would be good.

Took my F150 into Mike White for an oil change. They did the work for a reasonable price and provided me with an estimate to do the suggested 100,000-mile maintenance when I'm ready to do that.

I have been dealing with the service department for oil changes and tire rotations. Everything has been going well. I haven’t experienced anything negative. They let me know what’s going on, and they fix it. I actually have an oil change and new battery getting done this coming Wednesday. Does shock me that this is the second battery that has been replaced. One due to low or no positive charge. And then another of the same type due to leaking on the top causing corrosion on my battery. I haven’t even had the truck for three years yet and 2 batteries? Other than that my experience has been well. Thanks for the help that you have given me on me my pick up since I bought it last July.

Install new battery
I was very impressed the service that I got at this Ford dealership. I needed a battery changed out in my hybrid car. Not a huge battery, but one for starting and even though they had a lot going on, they slipped me in and got me done in less than an hour. Very impressive.

Incomplete work
Came in for our 2nd oil change on our 2022 F450. When we were about 30 miles away on our way home, we received a phone call that the service tech was unsure if he tightened the oil plug. We had to turn around and return to the shop and have the plug looked at. Fortunately, it was tightened, but no compensation was offered for the inconvenience of having to return to the shop.

I arrived before my appointment time and the two people at the service desk we so kind and helpful. They got me all checked in and asked if I would be waiting around, I said yes and they said we will get it done asap. It was done so quick. I was there for an oil change and they also changed my cabin filter etc, I have the maintenance plan so they did it because it was time. I didnt even have to ask. This place is so nice to go get service done.

Oil change and fuel filters change
Made appt and was in within a week. Was initially told no time for fuel filters, but at appt they suggested I do it and had the time. Done within 3 hrs. The last time this was done, by another company, it cost me dearly to have Mike White fix the othet companys mistake.
