I don't have anything negative to say about Hyundai of St. Augustine. Any time I bring my car in they do a thorough job and trying to find out what is wrong, they even went on a ride just to make sure the understand the problem. I am well pleased with the service and will continue bringing my vehicle here.

Very Poorly Handled
Poor planning which led to the need for a second visit. Commitments made and not kept. Items due but not notified till during the appt. Zero help or interaction during the entire 4 hour process, despite it being scheduled for a half hour effort, except for check in and payment.
