Recent Service on F-350
Parker Ford service department has professional service advisors and is always kept clean. Christian has always been a big help for me when I have any questions about my vehicle.
On this particular I met with Jacob Mahar, Accessories Manager at Parker Ford to get a new Fifth Wheel Hitch installed in my Ford F-350 truck. Jacob and his staff are very efficient and courteous.

Friendly Staff
Jacob and Claudia in accessories are awesome. Great customer service! Do have concerns with length of time to get into service for repairs though. I feel 2 weeks out is ridiculous before you can get into the shop when your car has an issue. I think this needs to be evaluated and resolved! I can see a couple days but not 2weeks+.

Parker ford is great but Ford is way below my expectations.
When I bought my truck we noted how poorly the leather seats were sewn. Ford said I had to let a local upholstery shop try to fix the problem--a big fail.
You person at Parker took piks of the seats and sent them to Ford and they sent new seat covers and had my truck for another 2 days and the seats look worse than the one that were replaced--obviously your people saw that and supposedly took more piks knowing I would not accept them.
I was told that a factory rep will be there at the end of February and we need to meet with them.
I looked at the trucks on the line and the seats look good. If I had my way I would fire the inspector at the plant for allowing such shoddy workmanship leave. When you spend 50K for a truck you expect the seats to look like fine furniture not something that came from a Tijuana upholstery shop.
I have owned Dodges for the last 20 years and decide to give Ford another try, I have had Fords in the past and NEVER experienced anything like this.
I don't know what Ford is willing to do to make this right but they need to step up.
I don't have a problem with Parker--you have been very helpful and I know your hands are tied but maybe its time for the general manager or district manager to step in.
The above 1 star rating is on Ford Motor Co. not Parker you guys get a 5 star. Everyone I have had dealing with there has been great.

After Purchasing and having a service body poorly installed by a vendor, Mike Hedden and "All" of the service department that was involved in getting the truck repaired and some additional upgrades made to the truck on a very tight timeline, I have to say that you guys are awesome. Some of the best customer service I have seen. Thank You!

Stellar Spring Detail by MWF detail shop!
That time of year and fairly new to CDA, so called Mike White Ford where I’ve been having my vehicle serviced since I moved to the area about having it detailed! They have impressed me each time I visit with their prompt and friendly customer service. The place is brightly lit and temperature controlled, as well as spotless! Once you’ve turned over your keys there’s a great lounge area to wait in or meet your courtesy driver who will gladly drop you where you need to go!! Then when your vehicle is ready they will come pick you up!! The best part was picking up my car and having it look amazing!! No more white dog hair to be found anywhere in my black interior!! The last detail I got I won’t mention names (starts with a Z😉), let’s just say the guys at MWF really did a stellar job!! I can’t say enough great things about it! I do have a friendly suggestion…I paid with a credit card and there is no way to leave a tip on the card!? I wish that could be resolved! I went to an ATM
and got cash to bring back to personally hand to them! I let them know how much I appreciated their very exceptional detailed hard work!! I was so pleased with this experience and happy to have my vehicle looking almost new again! Thank you to everyone at Mike White Ford for making things go smoothly from start to finish/arrival to departure! Well oiled machine! Extra big shout out to the amazing detail shop!! I’ll be back!
