Brittany, my Service Agent was great. Tino, the mechanic was very skilled and professional.

2011-2014 Hyundai apparently have an issue with their engines for which Hyundai offered an extended warranty up to 120,000 miles. Problem is, they never informed me. Had I not decided to take the car to the dealer when the check engine light came on, I would have not known and likely been forced to buy a new car. They also have a known issue with taillights burning out frequently for which they refuse to take responsibility for by issuing a recall beyond 60,000. For these reasons I would not recommend buying a Hyundai, however the service team at Hyundai in Capital Height, MD is phenomenal.

I can count on Pohanka resolving my automobile problem.
Brittany Tucker was my advisor who helped me understand what was wrong with my car and how and how problem could be resolved.I liked her clarity as she spoke to me and the way she kept me informed through each day my car was at Pohanka. So far so good.

5 stars for Jaqueline
Jacqueline was able to allay my fears of having bought a lemon of a Hyundai. It is only 5 years old and so many problems but she was able to find some warranties after the tech diagnosed the problems. The car seems Ok hopefully. Jaqueline saved the day for me and my Hyundai.

In one word "Will".
Will was extremely helpful and cheerful too. Will explained that my problem was an electronic software issue and that he would have me out possibly in a half hour. True to his word, will had me out in record time. I must say that everyone that I encountered was very nice and helpful. However, Will was exceptional.

People are nice . Service , lately has exceeded my expectations. I feel that I can trust Pohanka with my vehicle. Pohanka ‘s staff Ms Pat, Mr Monroe, Mr Bishop , Jackie and especially Chris are professional and warm . Chris , the shop’s foreman took the time to explain the work and give me a quick 101 of my vehicle. I really appreciate it!

As a single woman is it good to know that you can take your car to be service without being ripped off or worse yet being treated differently because you are a woman.
