Poor communication and service
I have mad 6 trips to this dealership for the same issue and it has yet to be resolved. They had my car for over a week and not only the issue still remain there are now additional issue that were t present when I dropped my car off. To add insult to injury the gave me my car back with NO gas in it!!

Mechanics reassemble parts incorrectly.
My associate James was outstanding, he recceived a 5 star from me. However when I left with my car nothing was working on the steering wheel and the wheel offline to the right. It started to rain about an hour later while I was driving annd behold the wipers were'nt working either. I called the dealership and spoke with a sales manager because it was after hours for the maintenance department. I told him about my problems, especially about the wipers, because I had to report to work at 5am, which the wipers are needed that early in the morning due to heavy dew and possibly rain during this rainy season. His reply was that the service dept. is now close so he couldn't do anything. Being a manager I think that his customer service skills need improvement. He could of at least see if he can place me in a loaner of some sort or spoke with someone who can do something. Basicallly he did not care about my issues or safety at all. I tried to make it to work at 5am the following day with no avail because of my non-working wipers. I had to wait till 7am to report to work. James called me the following morning and took care of the problem for me. I appreciate him for that.

Multiple Issues
Have had the car two months. Professional, polite Service Advisor, but a Tech that abused my car on the test drive (at least pulling out of the dealership from what I witnessed), work that ultimately was not performed correctly, and a Sales Mgr. that only offered to sell me tires - Terrible.
