It was quick and easy. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Taylor was my dealer. The vehicles are sold at MSRP which seems like every dealer. I'd go back.

In the beginning of this experience I was very discouraged. I was having a hard time getting approved for a loan. I had been denied 3 times and was starting to loose hope. I was talking to my old boss and was told to get in contact with Kevin Johnson at Don Bessette Hyundai. From that phone call on my first car experience was a breeze. Kevin Johnson made sure I understood everything throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions and concerns. He was patient with me while I was at the dealer ship although it took a lot longer than expected.

We were not able to get the car I wanted, but he made sure I got a car I loved. All of the salesmen/women there are amazing. But.. Kevin Johnson made my experience a 12/10.

I bought a new vehicle back in September of 2020 and had a great experience working with Terry, fast forward to June 2021 The new body style came out for the Hyundai Tuson and I fell in love. I decided to trade my vehicle in for the newer model and Terry Epps was wonderful to work with yet again! Never had had a bad experience vehicle shopping with Terry.

Wonderful place
They worked with me and understood my situation. Due to me being in a car accident I had to get a car last minute and the previous dealers messed my credit up but this team worked something out within a few hours and had great hospitality and lastly I was in and out in less than a hour.
