I have had a positive experience every time I have visited
I started visiting the dealership last year and have always had a positive experience with all aspects of the experience - scheduling (it takes a few days, but that's happening everywhere), check-in, explanations, and check-out.

The lot driver or oil change tech put oily footprints on carpet of our truck. what happened to putting down paper?

Tires/air filter
I found it interesting that it was suggested that we get a new air filter. I told him we got one last time. He explained that there are 2. So I said sure. It was completed in 2 min. I never saw anyone touch my car. ??‍♀️
Then when we went over the inspection it was marked that the other filter needed a change soon. Just had it replaced March 1.
Also I need new tires? I only have 30,000 miles. So they weren’t rotated.
I’ve always had above average to great service. Today was weird.

Another service done well
Everyone was professional and friendly. They asked for permission before replacing the engine air filter. Oil change went well and general inspection of my F150 went well.
My wife and I looked around the lot while the technicians worked on my truck… even the sales personnel were polite and not too pushy!
Great place!
