Re - verify what was written phone number in the work order. Sometimes phone in the work order is more accurate than the phone when it was buy.

Not bad
Pricey when it comes to turbo vehicle but you gotta pay to keep your car running at top shape.
Prices for parts are good, but overall labor prices need to be dropped or bundled together.
Also, why does one have to pay a whole hour of labor ($170) to change a head light bulb? They build the veloster vehicle to where one cannot change it on their own. You literally need to remove the bumper to do that. This should not cost $170 to do.

   However, I just want to let you know that this review is solely about your service experience. I can see some of your frustration was with sales and they have their own version of review.... If you give us opportunity, the service department will make up the frustration you had with Sales. I will ask Tino to follow up.

I was in and out the same day with an appointment. The service department made sure I could use a payment plan and helped me for almost an hour to set it up. I got a call promptly when my car service was finished and now my car is running better.

Service team is very courteous and friendly, most respectful of seniors. Service was thoroughly explained, never felt pressured to pay for anything that wasn’t needed. In fact, when I had questions about additional services, I was advised that the feature I mentioned should be done at a later time. Thank you for your kind consideration!
