My vehicle broke down on christmas eve, as a suggestion from my roadside service my car was towed to
Frank Browns Auto, from the courteous tow truck operator to the dude answering the phone, these guys were infomative and professional. Ended up needing a good amount of work and they came through with the quickness, and didn't totally kill me with the bill. Highly recommend!! for any job large or small..Frank Browns Auto does it all!?

As I was traveling back to Buffalo for a short visit I needed serv
ice. I called late Friday and wouldn't you know I was taken care of by 10:30 am the next morning!
I wish they were here in my new home (Pitt Pa). Buffalo you don't know what your missing...should you need service don't ever go elsewhere!

My original appointment was for a vehicle inspection. After I made my appointment, I noticed my veh
icle could use a wheel alignment. It was a Friday. Top gun is closed on Friday . So I left a message to check my vehicle for alignment. Top gun automotive fit it into their schedule to do the vehicle inspection and alignment. I usually drop my vehicle off the night before my appointment. The next day I got a phone call in the morning saying my vehicle is ready. Inspection and wheel alignment was done. This was great since I didn’t need to make two separate appointments.

I needed front and rear pads and roaters. While replacing brakes the wheel bearing broke off. I had t
o pay to get that replaced as well. I was upset bc my dashboard has lights on that weren’t on before. But Matt (manager)came through with his excellent knowledge of the vehicle and assured me my car will be back running good. Matt is amazing. I will be sending this store more customers!!
