Location, Location, Location !
Iam very happy with my purchases and service at Cochran Hyundai of South Hills. However, the amenities leave much to be desired. I know you can't do anything about geography! But, how about offering a valet service to park the cars when coming in for service. I am disabled, and it is VERY hard to park on your slanted lot and then walk in with my walker. You are not handicapped accessible in my opinion. Better chairs in the lounge area and a coffee bar would be great!

easy to make appt went for an issue with back up camera only to find out there was outstanding recall we were in and out of the shop in a very timely manor and ended up everything was covered under warranty

I recently had my car serviced at Hyundai and decided that I wanted a new car instead. Mike was great helping me find the car that I wanted. Everyone was very nice and made the process very enjoyable and comfortable.

Everything went well, except for the part where they could've taken a moment after rotating my tires to put some air in them. The inspection sticker removal was also a little messy.

The service was very good. The car was ready in a reasonable time and no unnecessary repairs were recommended. Getting in and out was very easy. I received a good deal for the price. The service attendant acted a little strange however.

Fast, Friendly and Thorough
I have always had a good experience when I bring my car in for service. First, everyone is friendly, which helps me feel welcome. Second, they check everything and then check with you prior to fixing anything, i.e. we noticed that your brake pads are low. They are OK right now, but they won't pass at your next inspection. This helps me feel that they are not only thorough, but honest. And third, my vehicle is always ready before I expect it.
