Tried to charge me over $700 for something I fixed myself in two hours.
Diagnosed my car in 10 min and wouldn't give my car back without paying $85.

Hi Kyle,
We apologize if you feel our diagnostic fee is too high. We do waive this fee if repair work is completed at our shop. The $700 charge you mentioned was a quote for a new A/C compressor, which it was recommended to solve the problem with your air conditioning system. However, during our inspection we discovered that your outer tie rod was very loose, which we recommended be fixed before the A/C system because this is a major safety concern. We hope that this was the fix you completed in two hours to ensure your vehicle is safe to drive.
Please feel free to contact us if you wish to discuss this matter further.
Thank you.
