From scheduling the appointment to picking up the car - every thing was great. Diane scheduled my appointment, the day before I received a text reminder of the appointment. After looking at my car the Tech EJ called and explained what needed to be done NOW, what needed to be considering for future repair, and what looked good. The conversation was followed up by a written report of the inspection (with photos) and a written estimate for the work that was suggested. Having used many repair shops in the past, I can confidently say that the customer service and honest evaluation Amwell Automotive provides is top notch! Would not hesitate to recommend to others!
