A Fair and Honest place for car repairs
Sometimes auto repair shops are questionable....NOT HERE. I trust Brent with all my auto repairs and inspections. They won't oversell you if something can wait, and go out of their way to accommodate your schedule.

Not a surprise, but ouch.
Much more than we were planning on this month. Not totally surprised we needed a brake job along with the scheduled oil change, but a little forewarning would have been nice. I'm sure you saw that the brakes were going to need fixing soon at the last oil change just 5 weeks before, and probably at the one before, too. A word then would have allowed us to plan for it better.

Sorry that the brakes caught you by surprise. To be honest it kind of caught us by surprise also! We measure brake pad thickness when we do our 27 point inspection and try to estimate how much pad life remains. Within that 5 week time period your car went 6777 miles which is well above the average that we use to estimate remaining pad life. We will try to warn you earlier next time we see an issue arising.
