They did a caliper job on my rear brakes after I had done pads & rotors, but it started squealing a week or so later. Took it back & it turned out to be some issue with the pad retainer clips for which they installed new ones (though I had done them... apparently, not perfectly?). Now, I'm not one to take or expect things for free in life, so when they said that there was no charge because they just wanted me to be happy & it had to do with the rear brakes. They also took the time to let me know the mechanic had seen a burned-out bulb in the rear lights so swapped it out (again, zero $$).
My point isn't that oh, they'll give you things free, it's that they are good people... a good family, who's willing to do more than the norm to make you happy & safe & to want to build an ongoing relationship with them so you can feel confident & good about continuing to go to, work with, & trust them to have your best interest & safety in mind.
There have been several other niceties that, along with the quality & "stand behind their work-edness", all just make me more eager to let others know that Autowise is a good shop to take your vehicles.
Go in, and give them a try. You can expect good things. Just treat them with the same respect you would treat friends & family.
