Great experience
Jason Storm was salesman, or as he likes to say, a "facilitator". I never felt one moment of pressure while car shopping. He showed me multiple options without trying to talk me into anything. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this business and especially Jason Storm!

Lori Wangenstien has provided the absolute best service to us over the last seven years. We have some problems with one of the three Hyundai cars that we own and she has done everything to help us get the issue resolved. Her honesty, knowledge of the vehicles and commitment to each costumer is why I keep buying from Hyundai. I buy cars with the service department as the primary contributor in mind. Everyone wants to sell you a car but what really matters is how they are going to help you maintain it. Thank you Lori!

280.00 For a Nail in the Tire
Our Hyundai had been losing air for some time, I took it to Bentley to have it looked at and after 30 minutes, was informed that where the damage was on the tire that it would need to be replaced. I asked how much and was quoted 280.00 plus tax for a tire. Something did not set right so, I said I would hold off. I took the car to another location and within a few minutes of having the car on the lift, I was informed that there was a nail in the tire and the final charge was 32 dollars and some change. SHAME on you Bentley Hyundai for attempting to try this. How many more customers have you taken advantage of? I did call and asked to speak to a manager and was told none was available and the service rep would pass my name and number along. Apparently, it was not worth the time to contact me about such a crime. Birmingham, here I come for our business and anyone else that does business here, do your research and make sure you are not getting taken advantage of.
I waited to make this review as I do not like to shame any business and I also hoped that I would get a call, but enough is enough.

Parts Department Review
I recently had an experience with the parts department. I was put in touch with Chad, parts department manager. He went above and beyond in helping me order floor mats, touch up paint and key for wheel lock. He was responsive and thoughtful in combining parts to save me money on shipping. Chad should get a raise!!!

2 hour oil change
My wife and I came in today for an appointment to get an oil change. Keep in mind all we requested was an oil change and we've been here for well over 1hour and 45 minutes. What's concerning to me is it doesn't take 20 minutes to drain the oil, remove and replace the oil filter along with the oil. I know this because I worked for Bill Heard Mr Big Volume USA in Columbus GA for 10 years. Upon asking how much longer it was stated it would be 20 more minutes until it's ready. I have an issue with that especially when half the employees just walking around talking, eating, and playing on there cell phones. What this has showed me is to find someone else to service our vehicles as well to purchase them from. How can they say its 20 more minutes when the app states the car is locked, off, with the hood closed. I normally don't come with my wife during the service of the vehicles but I can assure you we won't be back for service or to purchase the new Genesis. We will be taking our business to Birmingham going forward. Now that I have witnessed this first hand, I can take this back to the management team at Hyundai in Montgomery and share my findings.

Used Truck Issues
I purchased a 2020 Ford F250 from them and sales/financing was great. What I would warn anyone buying a used vehicle from them is to have someone check it out. I drove off the lot and the change oil light came on, 3 weeks later the battery died and appeared to have leaked acid which the Ford dealer said it should have easily been caught during an inspection within the last month. I also noticed a slight wobble at 35mph so I had them balance the tires and while on the rack the Ford dealer noticed that the driveshaft had a part cutting into it and they told me it was unsafe to drive and never should have been sold let alone driven. I drove from north of Atlanta to get this vehicle so 4 hour trip and was allowed to drive an unsafe vehicle that far. Please beware if you are buying used and don't be starstruck by what may seem like a great price.

Jamie Jean is the worst sales associate you can be matched with. He will not help you figure anything out. If you have any questions he tells you to "Google it". Then when it comes to helping me with my registration, he sends over my information to my local DMV 2 days before the temp tags expire. Leaving me now with expired tags and no communication from the dealership. It's a joke of a dealership.

I took my car in because I’m having a fuel problem. I had to schedule an appointment weeks out and was told I’d need to leave it for a couple of days to diagnose. That was expected and not a problem. The problem I have is that they had my car for 9 days and never even looked at it. I couldn’t get anyone on the phone. No one ever called back and there was no communication. Worst service ever! They should at least communicate to their customers.

The best experience!
I was, absolutely, blown away by the quality of service that we received here! Will was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, warm, and inviting. He took amazing care of us throughout the entire process! He really made sure we got the most out of our purchases in every which way. He was able to help me choose a car that was perfect for me. I had no idea what I wanted nor where to start. He showed me a great vehicle with impressive safety features for driving around my two year old son. The thought he put behind which vehicles to choose to show me had me feeling very well taken care of (and thoroughly impressed). He truly cared and put in the work to find us the best vehicles! We, absolutely, loved him! We will be recommending him to anyone that needs a vehicle from now on!

Kalib was our finance manager. He, also, really worked hard for us and impressed us with his customer service. The amount of effort he put into helping us drive away with two family cars in one day was SO appreciated. He and Will helped us get the best deals possible and took care of us in such a genuine manner. We did not feel pushed or pressured to finance in any way that we were not wanting/planning to. We were provided with options and they let us take the steering wheel after that. The feeling was very much that they wanted us to get the best out of every aspect that they had to offer us.

The entire staff there was amazing throughout our vehichle buying process. It was such a friendly and warming environment. Everyone was so kind and friendly with our son while we were there. Chatting with him, bringing him snacks, and saying hello as they walked by. And the hospitality towards us was, also, very much present. We felt comfortable and welcomed the entire time!

I've never had a vehicle buying process be so personable and efficient! We are extremely happy with the customer service we received and will definitely be back!

2023 Santa Fe.
I had an appt with yall for oil Change & tire rotation. Are yall in habits of lying to the customer that chose yall to buy my new car from. My appt was at 4:15 but I arrived at 3pm & still was made to wait until 4:30pm, that wasn't the issue. IT was that they told me as I was leaving they'd rotating my tires but they DID NOT. Now I will have to pay another place to rotate my tires. I know for a fact they didn't rotate them because my passenger front tire had a scuff on the rim & that tire is still on the front passenger tire...I will never come all the to Huntsville again..I should have went to Gadsden

I guess if they just keep on taking reviews off down here I'll just keep on posting them so that I have to keep taking them down I'll be more work that I have to do anyway I just like to let everybody know they're not a good dealership to deal with they're independent dealership however the Hyundai owns them but they're independent dealership so they can basically make their own decisions on whether they want to put an engine in your car or not even if it's a factory recall but they've had my car down there so long now they could done with whatever they wanted to with it however it doesn't seem like it matters to them that my family's not being fed it doesn't seem like it matters to them that I don't have a car it don't seem like it matters then I can take go to work it don't seem like none of that or anything like that I can't do much of nothing I depend on somebody else for 3 months to take me somewhere because I had bought a car that I didn't realize had an engine recalled on it besides that there's so many engine recalls on Hyundai's sophisticated it's ridiculous

To whom that's concern My car has been there now for 2 months I really appreciate y'all giving a crap about me because and when I just found out through Hyundai is don't have my vehicle for over a month before y'all even turned in submitted to thing so you you don't even care about that I'm disabled and which all the text messages shows y'all don't care about nothing Y'all really should be in y'all inhumane in my opinion also man house since y'all had all the maintenance records and sent to y'all why didn't you send them to Hyundai That's what they was waiting for why didn't you do your job
