Great customer service
Took my 2013 RAM 1500 for a engine check light problem. Couldn’t get an appointment with any Ram dealer to Aug. really. BLC saw me the next day replaced a sensor problem solved. Doesn’t get any better than that.

No stress no fuss
When you have problems with your vehicle it can be incredibly stressful but having blc on your speed dial makes the stress go down.

The staff treat each customer like family, and ensure that you're not just satisfied, but hate to leave their business residence.
There is nowhere else I would take our vehicles to unless they no-longer were in business. More than great service, and better than family!
