squeak in the future I will Crain team are always very helpful.
I took my car back into the dealership and could not get the brakes to squeak. If they squeak in the future I will take it back. The Crain team have always been extremely helpful.

Vehicle pick up and return
Since I now work from home and the pandemic , the dealership allows me to schedule my appointment online. Service calls and sends text about time when valet's will pick up and return my car. Thee service at this dealership for GENESIS is 200% better than the NLR dealership

Service techs are personable but your issue may not be resolved as mine wasn’t. Also, get pricing prior to getting anything repair wise completed and REVIEW YOUR INVOICE TO MAKE CERTAIN YOU’RE being correctly charged. Other than that, the entire staff was personable

not sure if the place is great or not.
The first time they service my car, they didn't do what they were suppose to do and I had to take it to Hyundia dealership where I purchased car to get it corrected. Now I am waiting on a response to PSB analysis. Haven't heard from the Genesis place in 9 days, of course if I use just the regular business days its 7 days and waiting. Either they don't know or don't care.

There were a few unexpected quality issues related to my recently scheduled car service visit. However, the service manager reached out to hear more of my concerns, and to apologize for the unintended misunderstandings. I am quite pleased with the timeliness of their response, along with the willingness to make things right.

Not what I expected
They said they would vacuum and wash my car, but didn’t! They tried to charge me for service, but I was under the 3yr./36k mike plan of complimentary services. I expected better services!
