Great service. Just didn’t latch my hood.
They always do quick great service. This time the worker just didn’t get my hood latched. Mistakes happen, but kinda disappointed because no one called me back when I left them a message about it.

Poor communication took to long to fix and additional issues
Very poor service and getting the necessary parts to fix. Wouldn't return calls a few times. Had to wait about 7 weeks to get fixed next day a different issue occurred with overheating. This vehicle is a LEMON!!!

Took my Santa Fe in for service, the Service crew took our SUV in quickly and did the repairs, very friendly staff. Brandon Desmond has worked with us the past few times we have taken it in for routine service. We really like dealing with him.

The staff is friendly however, I feel they didn't do a thorough job. For instance my hubcaps were not put back on completely and they all came off within less of a week of me going there.

Exceptional Service
I have so far purchased 2 vehicles from Grayson Hyundai. The customer service experience was outstanding whether with the salesman, the sales manager, the financing department, as well as the service department. They treated me well, listened to my concerns and answered my questions. As a female making the car buying decisions, or service decisions I have not always received the respect and customer service at other car dealerships. I have been very pleased with both Hyundai's I have purchase, and have found them to be well made and dependable vehicles.

I feel my concern about my car problem was not taken seriously. I was basically dismissed with them saying that is just how the Kona drives.
