Good service but bad call handling system - long wait times on hold
20 minutes on hold and then disconnected. Asked to speak to the manager @4:45 pm but no supervisor or manager was still in the building.

My thoughts are that the service department has too many cars in for service at the same time. I think scheduled service appointments should take priority over walk-ins above all.
