Always takes 1.5 hours or more for an oil change
Waited an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation. I was also told when I arrived that the next time I came in for an oil change I would need my 30,000 mile maintenance which includes changing my engine and incabin air filters as well as changing my coolant, brake and transmission fluid and that this would cost $600. Looking at the required maintenance in my Hyundai car manual it says all of those things just need inspected not changed and there is no way it should cost $600 to have those things inspected. I am not sure if he thought since I was a young female I would just take his word for it and not check required maintenance but I don’t appreciate trying to be taken advantage of and told I need things that I don’t.

Top-Notch
I actually enjoy visiting Grayson Rarely when I service my 2016 Hyundai Tucson for the 5K oil change and tire rotation. It's always a pleasant experience. The service staff are all professional and courteous--especially Brandon Desmond. The work is top-notch, my time is respected, and the even the waiting area is pleasant. If ever there are more complicated issues that need addressing, Gayson does their best to put me in a loaner vehicle. When I bought my Hyundai Tucson in 2016, I'd visited 6 dealerships and test drove 6 cars. Three years later I'm glad I made the right choice, both with my vehicle and the dealership.

Routine service
Overbooked, understaffed, and overwhelmed this last visit. Routine oil change. Finally had to find the car in the parking lot after an hour and a half. No one bothered to tell us it had been completed for over a half hour.

It takes forever
If you must take your car in on a Saturday, try to be the first one on the schedule. Then, just an oil change and tire rotation will be a while. I wouldn't even get a car wash. The extras take even longer.
