Engine Replacement
We had the check engine light come on in our 2013 Santa Fe. Come to find out, there was a recall on the "knock sensor harness". Part was ordered and a rental car provided, which is a convenient touch. Car was fixed and picked up a few days later. Had car about a week when same thing happened. Hyundai instructed dealer to replace engine. Who would that such a big job would all be covered under warranty. Again, rental car provided , which my wife drove for a week while work being done. Picked up car and everything is good at this point. Our service writer, Roger did a great job taking care of us.

This time was better.
Roger Garren met me and checked my vehicle in for service. (Oil/filter/tire rotation) Roger kept me informed on the progress of my service and was very friendly and professional. Compared to my first visit, with Rogers expertise, my vehicles servicing needs were accomplished in a timely fashion. Hats off to Roger and the rest of your Hyundai team. My only question is, and I hope someone will answer this query, is why, on my first visit was synthetic oil used and this time regular oil was used?

Worst Ever !!!
Brought my 2013 Sonata in with engine problem. Turns out it was covered under warranty. Hyundai replaced the engine and supplied me with a rental car at no cost. (awesome) Then I get a call saying my engine has been replaced BUT now I need a new transmission.??? My car went in for the engine issue not transmission.... never had an issue with the transmission !!! No transmission codes !! Never an issue !!! No one can give answers and I'm now supposed to pay $3,000.00 to replace a part that was fine when it was brought in....??????? Worst service ever !!! Would not recommend to a friend or an enemy.....

Great Service
We arrived very early at 7:00am. Steve met us as we have known him ,he had no idea why we were there I told him it was a left door issue on our 2020 Hyundai Sonata He said he would check it out in 5 minutes he figured it ,it was the replacement of the left door inside panel . He said to take a seat as the tech was coming in Well long story short Tim another service advisor told us it was done .So in 45 minutes the service team with our good friend Steve figured it out The inside of left door was replaced We left at 8:00am our original appointment time Again a big thanks to Steve and Tim

The only bad experience I had was when I first arrrived. There were 4 service advisors present. 3 of the advisors did not have a customer. 2 of the 3 looked at me, but never offered to assist. I stood there for at least 2 minutes. One of the advisors called out the name of the advisor that had not noticed me, because he was working on paperwork. So when the advisor that was working on paperwork heard his name, he came to assist me.
