How long for an oil change

Brandon makes the service department great. He is polite, calm, efficient and his customer service skills are top-notch. GREAT SERVICE FROM GRAYSON'S SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!
Started on 07/08/2019 when I took my car in to have recall items fixed and asked the Service adviser (Roger Garren) to have my front end checked do to the fact I heard a clicking noise when backing up. The fixed all the recall items but I was informed that the front end noise was a cv axle that needed to be replaced and unfortunately it wasn't covered. After questioning Mr. Garren he gave me a number to call and the people at the customer care warranty office told me the same thing. Being puzzled by that answer from them as well I started to call Mr. Garren and before I dialed the the number my phone rang and it was Mr. Garren on the phone asking me when I would like to bring my car in to have it fixed as he had done some research for me and found that it could and would be covered! So as a result his outstanding customer care I took my car in 2 days later and it was fixed! You just don't find people in today's working world that would go above and beyond as Mr Roger Garren did and it was so deeply appreciated! So THANK YOU HYUNDAI CUSTOMER CARE, THANK YOU GRAYSON , and MOST OF ALL THANK YOU MR. ROGER GARREN!!! Grayson should be extremely proud and grateful to have Mr.Roger Garren on their team! Thanks again!!

Fix Problem with Right Front Wheel Sensor
The right front wheel sensor went bad. Dealer had to order. The part did not come in the next day (July 5th) as expected. Probably due to July 4th Holiday. Only thing I was upset about was NO One communicated that to me.
When I called Saturday to check on my car that had been at the dealership since early Wednesday, they could not find my paperwork initially. Again, kind of upsetting.
They got the part Monday and fixed the problem.

Quick and Helpful Service
Brought my car in for some recall work. Was able to get in quickly, without an appointment, and had the work done fairly quickly. Also had a new key fob programmed, which was handled quickly. Very nice and comfortable lounge to wait in also. Roger was awesome and extremely helpful. Beyond impressed!

Good serice despite the long wait
Grayson always gives me good service but the wait time could be shortened. Brandon checked us in and out and was very apologetic for the wait time. I will continue to do service at Grayson and hope that wait times could be improved.

Poor Service

Makes it Right
The service department was slammed and the Hyundai side short staffed in the area of getting cars in and processed out on the day I went for an oil change and factory recommended service along with wanting a tire repaired. After waiting for 3 hours, the tire could not be repaired and a new one was not in stock so they had to order one. So basically it took 3 hours for an oil change. However, the guy on duty was new and was really apologetic and gave me a discount on the oil change and a discount the next day when I had to go back to get the tire replacement and tires rotated. The service guy did not have to do that, but he did and I was very appreciative of that fact. He changed my mind from never going there again to continue to take my care to Grayson. Grayson is very fortunate to have such an understanding and accommodating professional in it's employ. I wish I could remember the guy's name. Thank you for the great service!!
