Exceptional Service
I had to reschedule my service several times due to my busy schedule, and was able to do so with no problems. When I arrived they took me right away, explained what service was needed, and performed service very quickly. I am always very pleased with the service at Grayson Hyundai, and this time was no exception. I would not go anywhere else.

Hyundai has a warranty up to ten years or 100,000 miles Whichever comes first. You can purchase an extended warranty which covers up to the ten years or 100,000 miles.

Hyundai did the right thing
One month after buying a used Veracruz the alternator failed and after taking it in I found out there was a recall for this problem several years before. Even though records showed the car had already been brought in earlier for the recall, Hyundai did the repair at no charge to me. That goes a long way to making loyal customers.
Roger was very helpful in resolving the issue with Hyundai.
