Great Explanation
I went in for a recall and an oil change. The person that I worked with clearly explained what the recall was for and what they did to fix it. They also changed some filters that were due for replacement. I liked that they showed me the filters so that I could see that they did need to be replaced.

Great
I originally had scheduled for an oil change, tire rotation and recall update issue. Since recalls take a little linger I couldn’t get the late appt I needed so I had to take the recall off and just plan on the oil change and tire rotation. I was going to do the recall separate on another appt. I walked it at my 4pm appt and they were so nice and added the recall update that day so I didn’t have to make another appt! That meant a lot! I can’t remember the guys name but thank you!!

Tim is the man.
Tim Clausel is the best service advisor there. Most of the people seem to have a bad attitude or are not knowledgeable.

Also, giving someone a loaner with the window sticker still on is not only a bad look for your dealership but also a safety hazard. It’s happen to me twice now. The first time I thought that maybe they were out of loaners and being nice by giving me something from the lot, but then it happened again. I spent 5 minutes peeling it off so that it didn’t tear but next time it’s just getting ripped off. Tacky.
